FUNdraiser Sponsorship Packages

Team Towanda's FUNdraiser is TTF’s biggest event of the year and we need your help to make it as successful as possible! The next Towanda FUNdraiser will be held April 28, 2012.

Our goal is to offer your company a wide range of opportunities to create positive exposure that reinforces awareness of your products and services within the Greater Hartford area and especially amongst the 550 best and brightest women who attend our annual health fair and fundraising event.

Our sponsorship program is designed to help you and your company reinforce your position as a market leader in exchange for helping to defray some of our extensive FUNdraiser costs. Sponsorship fees range from $100 to $10,000.

Platinum Level: $10,000
  • Logo prominently displayed on invitation
  • Logo included on FUNdraiser entrance ticket
  • Opportunity to introduce speaker
  • Logo imprinted on drinkware
  • Goodie Bag item with imprinted logo for attendees
  • Logo prominently displayed upon entrance to FUNdraiser
  • Additional signage as venue configuration allows in all areas of the FUNdraiser
  • Unlimited provided marketing materials included in goodie bags
  • Logo on all advance communications
  • Logo prominently displayed on our event webpages
  • Opportunity to setup an exhibit booth
  • Acknowledgement and verbal recognition during Board presentation
  • Listing on our "thank you wall" at the event
  • 10 free tickets to FUNdraiser
Gold Level: $7,500
  • Goodie Bag item with imprinted logo for attendees
  • Logo prominently displayed upon entrance to FUNdraiser
  • Logo imprinted on napkins
  • Additional signage as venue configuration allows in all areas of the FUNdraiser
  • Unlimited provided marketing materials included in goodie bags
  • Logo on all advance communications
  • Logo prominently displayed on our event webpages
  • Opportunity to setup an exhibit booth
  • Acknowledgement and verbal recognition during Board presentation
  • Listing on our "thank you wall" at the event
  • 7 free tickets to FUNdraiser
Silver Level: $5,000
  • Signage as venue configuration allows in each room of the FUNdraiser
  • Single provided set of marketing material included in goodie bags
  • Logo on all advance communications
  • Logo prominently displayed on our event webpages
  • Opportunity to setup an exhibit booth
  • Acknowledgement and verbal recognition during Board presentation
  • Listing on our "thank you wall" at the event
  • 5 free tickets to FUNdraiser
Bronze Level: $2,500
  • Single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags
  • Logo on all advance communications
  • Logo prominently displayed on our event webpages
  • Opportunity to setup an exhibit booth
  • Acknowledgement and verbal recognition during Board presentation
  • Listing on our "thank you wall" at the event
  • 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser


Please note that sponsorships for some specific items will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Some opportunities will have specific deadlines, so please contact TTF at your earliest convenience if you are interested.

A La Carte Opportunities!

A La Carte Sponsorship of $500 or more will include a listing on our "thank you wall" at the event and on our website.

  • Food Sponsor - includes imprinted plateware, signage on serving tables, single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($2,000)

  • Logo imprinted Neck Wallets - for all attendees and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($1,750)

  • Drink Sponsorship - includes signage at bar and drink stations, single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($1,500)

  • Logo imprinted Goodie Bags - single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags imprinted with your logo and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($1,400)

  • DJ Sponsorship - includes signage by dance floor, single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($1,100)

  • Party Favors (where TTF handles imprinting) - includes logo on party favors and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($1,000)

  • Table Sponsorship - includes logo on attendee tables, single page provided marketing flyer included in goodie bags and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($800)

  • Volunteer Name Badges - includes your printed logo on 100+ volunteer name badges and 2 free tickets to FUNdraiser ($500)

  • Provided Handout Ad or Goodie Bag Item - inserted into goodie bags ($250)

  • Prize Basket - includes your printed logo ($200)

  • PRW Ticket Sponsor - for a special pink ribbon warrior and one of her friends ($100)
