Judith "Head Chick" Melchreit
President & Founder, 2002
Writes quarterly newsletters and EBlasts as needed. Liason between TTF and other organizations. Breast Cancer Survivor since December 13, 2000 (please insert round of applause here). Has been blessed with an army of the most wonderful girlfriends you can imagine.
Monica "Tech Chick" Smith
Founding Board Member, 2002
Our Web Witch and resident Techie who can conjure up info out of our database. Great at graphic design and develops cool looking presentations for us. Single handedly organizes hundreds of volunteers for our FUNdraisers. Maintains the TTF database and is responsible for all e-communications and cookbook shipping.
Debbie "Flex Chick" Garten
Board Member since 2003
She handles a variety of projects: Chairs FUNdraisers, Coordinates the Towanda Tote program for three hospitals, Maintains the three Towanda Cheer Carts for chemotherapy patients, developed and manages the TTF Press Kits for media.
Ellen "Moolah Chick" Hollister
Board Member since 2009
Keeps our balance sheet balanced and makes sure we file all the necessary documents that keep us out of trouble with the IRS. Ensures we stay within budget and she can track every penny that comes in and goes out of TTF.
Lynne Lantagne
Lynn joined the Team Towanda Board in 2010
Lynn is the chick who makes everything beautiful. Her artistic flair and her sense of design are combined with an incredible organization system that she, and she alone, understands. The result is the transformation of piles of “stuff” into magnificent gift baskets for many events, including the FUNdraiser. She can find a bargain ANYWHERE and her creativity makes everything look like a million bucks!
Alison Caxide
TTF Board member since 2010, friend since forever
Our newest addition to Team Towanda Foundation celebrated her first anniversary as a Pink Ribbon Warrior in 2010. (clap, clap!) Her journey is chronicled in our latest book, Towanda Celebrates with Her Bosom Buddies. Alison represents us at local events, and wears many hats for her various responsibilities for the 2010 FUNdraiser. She’s so organized it is scary. Her biggest responsibility is back up for Judith’s brain.
Carina Oltmann-Jimenez
TTF Board Member since 2012
Carina is our newest board member. As a clinical social worker, she serves as a liaison between TTF and the healthcare community, identifying initiatives for TTF to support and spreading TTF joy throughout the community! Carina is also involved in organizing the Boobtique at our FUNdraiser.
