Most of what you know and love about our “Tea Cup Raffle” will remain the same as in past years. However, we are going to try to make it even more convenient. This year we are going to move the prizes outside the party room so that everyone can start previewing earlier and not be so cramped inside the dance room.
Here’s how our tea cup auction works:
Tickets may be purchased from one of the volunteers wearing the pink tiaras at the Tea Cup Raffle Tables in the prize room or roaming around the banquet room.
Write your name and phone number on the back of each ticket (if we can’t read it and if there's no phone number, you’re fresh out of luck!) or attach labels if you remembered to bring them or if you ordered FREE labels from Mabels Labels already. (Sorry the deadline has since passed.)
Every raffle item is numbered and has a white box with a pink ribbon next to it with the corresponding number. Put one or more tickets in the boxes for the items you want to have a chance of winning. There is no limit to the number of tickets you can put into any one box to increase your chances of winning. All sales are final; there will be no refunds or exchanges. Donations and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. You go, girl!
The names of the lucky winners of raffle items will be posted on two raffle boards. You need not be present to win; we’ll contact you to arrange pickup.
