Dear Team Towanda,

"We cannot thank you enough for the donations you have raised for the under and uninsured women in the greater Hartford area. The cookbook was an incredible success and continues to touch people in many ways. Your commitment to the Partnership for Breast Care is greatly appreciated. We wish you all the best in the formation of "Team Towanda" foundation and hope that we can continue to work with you in getting the word out to people about your story.

"Thank you again for all that you have done for girlfriends everywhere, women with breast cancer, the Partnership for Breast Care and women in need of imaging services in the Hartford area."

Sincerely,
Roxanne P. Rotondaro, MPH

"Wow! What a bargain. This cookbook was so well done and so full of wonderful stories, recipes and LOVE. Thank you!"

"It is wonderful! You did such an amazing job in such a short time. I'll be using some recipes soon to bring something to a friend battling lung cancer. You are an inspiration to all."

"The introduction from you was very moving because where would we be without family, friends and faith in our lives? We all need to keep the 3 F's utmost in our lives… My friend in Florida is a breast cancer survivor and I know she could relate to the words that were written besides using the great sounding recipes."
- E.

"I finally had a moment to read the cookbook, cover to cover except the recipes! It was such an uplifting thing to read. I even named a sunny daffodil quilt that I made last year while I was going thru radiation after something you said: roughly paraphrased , "you can't be sad looking at yellow flowers". So much of what you went through, M did too. Little pain, tired, a bit nauseous. And like you, he still doesn't dwell on "why me?". I was so disappointed that during his hospital stay that so few people ever had company. I actually made me think about becoming a chaplain. Maybe someday. Your book was truly inspiring. I love it and have been giving it to my friends and family. Thank you."
- N.

"It was a pleasure meeting you this morning.

"Everyone here at Alphagraphics from the owners to customer service (especially Michelle) to all of the people who produce and bind your cookbooks have been so impressed with your efforts as well as the finished product!

"I personally am happy to support your project. It's a cause that will affect every woman in some way, at some point in her life. Hopefully, breast cancer will be eliminated for our daughters' generation.

"Please let us know if we can further help in any way."
