introduction from you was very moving because where
would we be without family, friends and faith in

words that were written besides using the great
sounding recipes."

read the cookbook, cover to cover except the recipes!
It was such an uplifting thing to read. I even named
a sunny daffodil quilt that I made last year while
I was going thru radiation after something you said:
roughly paraphrased , "you can't be sad looking
at yellow flowers". So much of what you went
through, M did too. Little pain, tired, a bit nauseous.
And like you, he still doesn't dwell on "why
me?". I was so disappointed that during his hospital
stay that so few people ever had company. I actually
made me think about becoming a chaplain. Maybe someday.
Your book was truly inspiring. I love it and have
been giving it to my friends and family. Thank you."
